The Exterminating Angel – Team Jesus Christ | Holy Night

The Exterminating Angel joins Team Jesus Christ in Holy Night: Jesus Christ vs Santa Claus, bringing the terrifying power of divine judgement to this extraordinary fantasy confrontation.

Inspired by the destroying angels described in biblical tradition, this miniature offers a dark fantasy interpretation of a celestial executioner. Rather than appearing as a peaceful messenger with feathered wings, the Exterminating Angel takes the form of an intimidating warrior whose monstrous appearance reflects the destructive power associated with divine punishment.

The sculpture depicts a tall, heavily armoured figure with a skull-like face and a cold, menacing expression. His elaborate armour features pointed shoulder guards, layered plates, ornamental engravings and imposing protective elements, combining the appearance of an ancient knight with supernatural details.

Behind him spread two enormous skeletal wings, formed by elongated bones and torn membranes. Their dramatic shape creates a striking silhouette and reinforces the sinister character of this unusual angelic figure. A ragged cloak flows around his body, adding movement and depth to the composition.

In one hand he carries a massive, twisted scythe with a jagged, organic-looking blade, while his other hand is raised in a commanding gesture. His powerful stance on a rocky base suggests an unstoppable warrior prepared to carry out his celestial mission.

With its intricate armour, enormous wings and terrifying weapon, the Exterminating Angel combines biblical imagery with the aesthetics of dark fantasy. A distinctive and imposing addition to Team Jesus Christ and the Holy Night collection, especially appealing to collectors and miniature painters who enjoy supernatural warriors, fallen-looking angels and dramatic fantasy designs.
