• RETURNS
We accept returns of our products as long as the following conditions are met:
· The products have been received in poor condition or are defective.
· No more than 7 days have passed since the product was received.
· The product is in its original packaging.
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and its condition is verified, we will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

• SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS
Shipments will be sent via courier or Correos (Spanish postal service) based on volumetric weight and destination. The final cost of each shipment will depend on the area of delivery, and the customer will be informed before completing the purchase process, having all the information available before confirming the order. The Meeplesmith may offer temporary campaigns that reduce these costs, always keeping the customer informed.
• CUSTOM ORDERS
The shipping conditions remain the same, except that the delivery times will start after the modeling work has been completed, which will vary in each case.
• HANDING AND PACKAGING
Orders placed through PayPal will have a 5% surcharge on the order price for handling, packaging, and processing.
Payments made by bank transfer or credit card will be exempt from the handling, packaging, and processing fee.
